On 23rd September, a unit from ITV filmed part of a documentary at the cottage, on the history and legend of Santa Claus. John Sergeant was the presenter, and also took part as a Santa ‘recruit’, being trained by Stuart Thompson of the ‘Santa School’ from Gretna.
This was a great experience for us.
The programme was shown on Christmas Eve on ITV, and was very interesting.
