The cottage can be visited at any time of the year. A list of keyholders, who all live nearby, is displayed in the cottage window. Entry is free but contributions towards the upkeep of the Cottage are always welcome.
Directions
The Cottage is situated in the village of Torthorwald. It is signposted off the A709 Dumfries – Lockerbie Road and is in the centre of the village on Shieldhill Road.
